As a veteran, one of my motivations to begin counseling was to support active service members, Veterans, and their families. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) in NC. I'm an Afghanistan Veteran and continue to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve. My counseling style is client-driven, empathetic, energetic, and solution-focused while encouraging self-responsibility, participation, and gradual progression.
